**Responsibilities**:- 1. PMO/PM will be part of the team driving this transformation for operations and ensuring effective and sustainable execution of plans- 2. Analyze data to identify customer issues in digital space and translate them into projects- 3. To involve or assist in organizing, managing and controlling the various stages of the digital technology projects in ensuring the projects are executed according to the schedule and quality- 4. To coordinate and setup meetings and calls for various projects and initiatives going under the COE.- 5. be able to communicate with counter parts in different countries regarding ongoing projects.- 6. To handle project lifecycles for centralized management of the project through the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques- 7. Define and manage project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices in digital transformation- 8. Use new project methodologies like squad mission framework.- 9. To initiate project setup and scoping, ensuring the projects are executed according to respective frameworks, timeline, resources, project deliverables and to update project status to project team- 10. Provide communication and change management support to project teams.- 11. Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks. To facilitate timely resolution.- Experience- 2. Knowledge in emerging digital technologies. (Preferably automation)- 3. Has data analysis experience to analyze data to define customer issues in digital space- 4. Well verse in both verbal and written communication.- 5. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.- 6. Good in perception, organizational, analytic and statistical skills, quick analysis, thinking and able to provide ideas.- 8.
