Policy, Planning And Quality Executive

Working under direction from the Manager, the Executive, Policy, Planning and Quality will be required to:- coordinate the administrative processes on quality management across Swinburne Sarawak in internal and external ratings as well as accreditation and reaccreditation, including conducting data analysis, vetting self-review reports, logistics support and monitoring the progress of action plans;- maintain databases/registers to manage audit processes, including Audit Register, Critical Performance Statistics database, and Internal Process Review Register;- provide support in reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of accreditation and administrative processes across Swinburne Sarawak; and- contribute to continuous improvement in the implementation of the Approach-Deployment-Result-Implementation (ADRI) quality management system (QMS) at Swinburne Sarawak.**HOW TO APPLY**:The "Application Process" section in our website indicates the steps you need to follow.
