**REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET**:- Knowledge of various finishing techniques, equipment, and materials used in metal finishing.- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to metal finishing.- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is advantage.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products.- Effective communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavy metal components and stand for extended periods.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.- To be able to drive changes and be a change agent.**Job Descriptions**- Inspect metal components for defects, imperfections, or irregularities.- Perform cleaning and deburring processes to remove burrs, rust, or contaminants from the metal surface.- Prepare the metal surface for subsequent finishing treatments.- Operate equipment such as sanders, grinders, and polishing machines to smooth and refine metal surfaces.- Use chemical processes, including acid etching or passivation, to treat metal surfaces as needed.- Conduct visual inspections to ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.- Make adjustments to equipment or processes to correct any defects or inconsistencies.- Record data related to quality control and treatment processes.- Maintain and clean finishing equipment to ensure its proper functioning and longevity.- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the superior or maintenance department for repair.- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.- Follow environmental regulations when handling chemicals or waste products during finishing treatments.- Maintain records of the finishing process, including the type of treatments applied and any quality control measurements.- Report completed work to supervisors and provide documentation as needed for quality audits.- Assist in training new polishing operators as needed.- Undertake other roles & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
