Pp Woven Weaving Production Executive

**Job Responsibility**:- Supervisors & coordinator with weaving machine operator and direct workers who set up and operate machines. Monitor the production process and the flow of materials, and they make sure that the products meet the requirements.- Carry out production process according to production schedule.- Prepare daily production output report to update on product status.- Achieve production yield between 98% - 99%.- Implement good discipline and teamwork amongst subordinates.- Train operator, packing, and in-process QA processes.- Enforce discipline amongst production operators.- Ensure safety is in place production shop floor.- Keep production area in clean condition.- Maintenance to the weaving machinery.- Arrange reasonable manufacturing planning according to production orders and complete manufacturing tasks on time.- Coordinate with other engineers, suppliers, and assembly teams to ensure machines meet OEE targets.- Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes.- Work with automation suppliers for design reviews, research, installation, and troubleshooting of parts.- Examine the manufacturing management in the workshop and the implementation of the manufacturing technical documents.- Responsible for coordinating new product pilot manufacturing.- Responsible for the machine periodically maintenance- Participate in the trial production, testing, and review of new products, materials, and molds.- Ensure records are adequately maintained, updated, and traceable per ISO 9001 requirements.**Job Qualification**- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.- Preferably knowledge or working experience in weaving construction- Able to work in a weaving machine working environment.- Good working attitude and able to communicate with all levels.- With Fitter and machine maintenance experience will be an advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
