Introduction:**Pre-Sales Consultant****Job Description**:**Responsibilities**- Strong customer focus and ability to drive technical solutions quickly and effectively that meets and exceed customer requirements.- Ability to demonstrate ESM (Enterprise Service Management) and Asset Management products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for Presentations, demo and POCs.- Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.- Proficiency in understanding, managing and executing Sales process and planning. Should be well versed with Strategic Account planning and management.- Assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via WebEx.- Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.- Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.- Work closely with the Development and Implementation team to provide the right solution to the customer.- Self-motivated who is excited about technology and willing to innovate.- Able to travel frequently focusing on South East Asia region for customer and partner meetings.**Qualifications**- ITIL V4/V3 proficiency will be an added advantage or Expert certified with Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.- Min 5 + years of Presales experience in ITSM/ESM/ITAM/Automation solutions like Service Now, BMC, HP, CA, Redhat, SAP, Splunk etc.- Hands on experience on Tools like SUMMIT, Service Now, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk Manager, Manage Engine etc. is desirable.- Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology like GenAI/AIOps/Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM)- Technical understanding of Infra, network and DB concepts. Cloud and SaaS understanding will be an added advantage.- Worked on bids (RFI/RFX) and pre sales environments with experience of large-scale bid.- A team player working with sales team to win new business in new and manage existing Accounts.- You have strong problem solving and prioritization skills.- You have strong presentation skills.- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders in a multi-culture environment.
