Pre-Transaction Checks (Ptc) Consultant (Outbound)

**Responsibilities**:- Outbound calls scope- To check on documents submitted by agent before activation of policy, will call agent if there is any error in the information provided- To call customer on "after sales service by agent" if required**Requirements**:- Only Malaysians- Language: (Mandarin / English)- preferably Mandarin- Education requirements - SPM and above ((Min 'B' for English and Maths if SPM holder))- Open to fresh grads - comfortable and willing to do outbound calls- Good Communication skill**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduateContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
