Presales Consultant

**Job Requirement**:- Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/ IT, Networking or equivalent.- Certification : Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIS- Preferable 3-5 years working experience in pre/post sales in ICT industry with network security working experience will be an added advantage.- Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge.- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.- Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team.- Hardworking, initiative and self-motivated with positive working attitude.- Possess own transport and willing to travel (perform outstation works whenever needed).- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia & English.- Attractive commission scheme will be provided.**Job Responsibility**:- Responsible to provide technical solutions to new & existing customers on ICT networking & security solutions.- Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with partners and end users; to articulate the vendor's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.- To provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements.- To attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations & solution demonstrations internally and externally.- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.- Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations.- Participation in preparing tender document/compliance table for tender request- To conduct site survey on customer's existing network setup to obtain sufficient information required.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay
