Preschool Or Kindergarten Principle

Job Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operation of the nursery, kindergarten and day care smoothly while providing an excellent, hygienic and safe learning environment for the students.- Ensure that the center complies with laws & regulations in relation to license renewal for early childhood education and childcare center.- Oversee and evaluate daily or weekly classroom learning plan to ensure standard syllabus requirements are adhered.- Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the required academic goals.- Propose and implement educational activities and classes which can generate income to the center at the same time promoting good academic opportunities.- Prepare, monitor and evaluate the proposed & allocated budget for items such as supplies, materials, staff equipment and maintenance.- Develop and facilitate activities to promote growth in student enrolments.- Work closely with teachers and facilitators to ensure effective teaching methods are practiced. Where required, the principal shall observe the syllabus, provide feedback and guidance to improve teaching skills among the teachers.- Provide feedbacks to the parents in relation to the children performance and center's regular updates promptly.- Develop and facilitate marketing & communication plan such as yearly school events, holiday and enrichment programs for own students and external students.- Support the future expansion plans from the Board and the Advisor.Job Requirements:- At least 4-5 years of working experience as a Kindergarten Teacher- Degree/ Diploma in Early Childhood education- Excellent classroom management skill- Proficient in Excel, Words and Powerpoint- Creative teaching abilities- Strong organisation skills- Patience and flexibility- Able to provide regular training to teachers- Strong communication skills- Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices within the regulatory- Willing to be based in Sitiawan/Seri Manjung PerakWe offer competitive remuneration along with other perks.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Rotational shiftAbility to Commute:- Sitiawan (required)
