About The RoleThe Role of Principal Product Quality Engineer is to ensures products meet high standards by identifying and addressing quality issues throughout the lifecycle, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to meet customer expectations.What You Will DoDefine qualification/reliability strategies for changes and new product introductionsSupport execution of qualifications to ensure timely and successful releasesOwner of Quality & Zero Defect project gate deliverablesDrive 8D-teams related to New product introductions with internal and external manufacturing sitesDefine safe launch plans and review/conclude on resultsInitiate quality improvement activities Support customer interactions with quality and reliability expertiseWhat You NeedBachelor / Master degree, preferably in an engineering fieldExperience with semiconductor industry is preferredExperienced with reliability physics in semiconductors with focus on Analog productsHigh quality mindsetExcellent stakeholder management including external production sitesProject management skillsPossess analytical skills and ability to apply pragmatic approachesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishTarget driven, shows initiative Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
