Job Description Process Associate - Voice Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi Shift: Night (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) Salary: ?15,500 to ? 17, 500 Working Days: 5 days/week (Fixed Sat & Sun off) Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written. We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our Voice Operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Accurately process and document information obtained during calls. Assist callers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Follow predefined scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless call flow. Meet performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information obtained during calls. Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a voice process role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications. Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with callers. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
