Job Description Reading and analyzing blueprints, drawings, and rough sketches. Determining project timelines and time constraints. Improving facilities operations by designing facilities infrastructure. Performing maintenance and repair work on mechanical and electrical facilities equipment. Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment and systems remain in good working order. Responding to emergencies, such as power outages or plumbing leaks, to minimize damage to the facility. Managing budgets and resources to ensure that maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronic and Instrument (E&I) Required engineering related skills. Minimum 3 years' experience in related field. Familiarize in maintenance programs using PM tools or CMM Hands on, minimum 3 years Team work, minimum 3 years Analytical and creativity, minimum 2 years Prior experience with internal procedure HSE and COSHH requirement. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills Proven work experience in process engineering Excellent technical skills Knowledge of process related standards Experience in process simulations Working knowledge of process engineering software packages CAD or AutoCad skills Familiarity with health and safety regulations Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills Familiar with engineering practices and all local requirements Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent problem-solving skills Focus on identification of potential issues and continuous improvement. Experience working on cross-functional teams and on own initiative.
