Process Engineer

Job Description Requirement: ?????????Degree in Chemical Engineering ?????????Minimum 2 years of working experience in chemical industry. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

?????????Candidate must show strong attributes such as highly organised, attention to details and good fundamental in engineering.

?????????Good interpersonal and communication skill.

?????????Knowledge in AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Job Description:

??????To study process cycle time. Further reduce/ improve cycle time to increase production output.

??????To improve product yield.

??????To monitor/ improve process stability and process safety. Advice on process control to have more consistent quality. Reduce customer complaint.

??????Statistically control Powder Plant. Reduce Low/ High viscosity and Gel time issue for powder plant.

??????Study and try new trial project/ process.

??????Gather data on process, utilities and efficiency of process and plant equipment.

??????Improve plant safety through process safety study and environment issue.

??????To study feasibility of new process and new technology to apply in our process.

??????To review daily process data and take action to the deviation.

??????To perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective action.

??????To be succession for Production Manager.

??????To train and develop subordinate and improve competency and knowledge.

??????To support plant operation.
