Process Engineer

Job Description Job Description Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance.
Oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are met on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
Ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet specified requirement.
Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability.
Work closely with Engineers and Production Executives on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implemented yield improvement and cost reduction programs.
Responsible in commissioning new equipment or production units or new processes, by preparing procedures, reports, flow diagram and charts.
Monitoring modification, upgrades and troubleshooting existing process for out-of-control situations and out-of-specification situation.
To ensure safety working environment in the Manufacturing department.
To review all records and documents in dipping area, pertaining to documented procedure.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Knowledge of GMP requirement and application of ISO9001 or ISO13485 is desireable.
Prefer to have at least 3 years experiences in glove manufacturing.
Must be a team player and also work independently when required.
Must have good interpersonal skills and be focused on achieving key objectives in your work area.
