Process Engineer (Water Treatment)

Job Responsibilities Prepare, coordinate, creation of specifications and assist in the preparation and submission of proposals/tenders for water and wastewater treatment system.  Prepare plant layout, P&ID, PFD drawings for proposal/tender submission. Prepare and assist in the preparation of cost estimations. Coordinate and liaise with vendor and sub-contractor on RFQ based on design requirements and tender specifications. Prepare and assist in report writing, technical write-ups, process plant descriptions, data sheets/document compilations for proposals/tender submissions. Perform jar-testing upon request (for proposal design, project or services requirement) Perform site visit/study on existing treatment system (requirement for site study before proposal submission or upon award of a study project) Perform process detail design, and assist in preparing control philosophy upon project awarded. Participate in tender briefing, review, and/or meeting with client. To assist the manager/assistant manager in doing technology research/piloting To assist in testing and commissioning of plant/project
