This role is based in Malaysia.Job Responsibilities Supporting Senior and Manager in day to day operations of accounting and payment functionResponsible to perform weekly payment run for due vendors payments and customer refundPrepare payment reports and analysis to business stakeholders in line with agreed deliverable timelineMonitor processed payment, investigate and resolved any bounced payment noted Responsible to record inter-company transfer and settle balance through netting off open invoicesPromptly respond to banks to resolve any delay in payment processing to vendorPerform weekly bank reconciliationSupport receipt gathering and reconciliation of corporate credit cards Ensure compliance with financial policies and proceduresWorking together with other business stakeholders to resolve issues involving payment details and blocked transactions Supporting Senior and Manager in gathering relevant information for audit and other ad-hoc dutiesMinimum requirements and qualifications Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce or working towards Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, MICPA or CIMA. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Have at least 2 years of experience in Procure to Pay in a shared service environment.
