Procurement And Fulfillment Intern

1) Procurement- Help to prepare and process purchase requisitions with issuing purchase orders and follow up on-time delivery with vendors- Support the Logistics Specialist in sourcing, buying and expediting daily activities for all our in-house brands- Deal with suppliers on any quality issue, product sample, pricing and appointment- To organize and maintain the file records for the procurement department for comparison purposes2) Logistics- Coordinate with Supply Chain Specialist and others for material deliveries to outlets in a timely mannerAid in maintaining all inventory databases and systems for accurate managing inventory- Assist with inventory control by organizing and maintaining both the incoming and outgoing inventory- Monitor and maintain the tidiness of the warehouse operation- Participate in process improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans for both supply chain management or procurement- Work side by side with the Innovation team to resolve any ad hoc issues**; Requirements**: - Qualifications / Skills- Open to all majors, but mainly looking for students with a background of:- Logistics Innovation- Supply Chain Management- Inventory Control / Warehouse Management- Food and Beverage Services Management- Business Administration / Management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, andadapt to a variety of challenges- Good written and verbal communication skills- Strong sense of time organization and urgency- Good grasp of risk management in the context of the supply chain- Resourceful and strong in analysis and execution
