Details of the offer

**The Personnel will be responsible to / for**:- Assist in generating and processing purchase orders, as well as monitoring order status.- Maintain updated list of credible suppliers, communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery terms.- Conduct product research and cost analysis, highlight opportunities for cost savings.- Ensure adherence to the company's purchasing policies and procedures.- Stay informed about market standards, trends, and compliance regulations relevant to the industry.- Handle returns of faulty products or address issues with orders.- Coordinate with suppliers for warranty claims or replacements.- Assist with procurement document maintenance, administrative duties and reporting.- To positively contribute to team working in the company.- To execute additional assignments) or tasks) from time to time as agreed and/or instructed by direct superior.**We are looking for someone who possesses**:- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.- Prior experience in purchasing or a related role is beneficial.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 12/15/2023
