Procurement Assistant Manager (Indirect Purchase)

**ACCOUNTABILITY**Carry out the Procurement function and responsible for coordinating the sourcing process of Indirect Category (CAPEX & OPEX), Logistic and Supporting Material.**RESPONSIBILITY**- Developing and executing plans to achieve annual savings and business simplification (supplier reduction, TWC and process efficiency) targets for above mention categories.- Negotiations on strategically source third-party service providers and establish contracts accordingly.- Ensure all contracts are establish, maintained, renewed and uploaded accordingly into Ariba System.- Working collaboratively with Business user and Global Category Manager to ensure sourcing projects meet company requirements and are executed efficiently.- Actively utilized JCH SmartGep as a platform for competitive bidding and E- Procurement for PO & delivery management.- Manage the perisodical up-dates of WAVE, TWC and all other data collection required by Global Team.- Support in VMF Maintenance, Audit data collection, Sourcing Board, SRF and other compliance related task in accordance with Global Procurement Policy.- Coordination of PR processing and PO issuance for all purchase of Indirect & Supporting Material based on the company's requirement.LI-LK1**REQUIREMENT**- Degree holder in Social Science, Business Administration or any other related disciplines.- 5 years working experience in Procurement of a manufacturing environment handling indirect purchase.
