Procurement Executive (1 Year Contract / Pasir

Review and analyze tender document requirements and specifications.- Perform material quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Material.- Obtain quotations from vendors and compare prices.- Clarify pricing and specifications with vendors.- Ensure precise and accurate costing and estimation.- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.- Create quotation sheets and manage the estimation process.- Ensure timely submission of all tenders.- Obtain approval from a superior before submitting quotations.- Respond to commercial and technical clarifications.- Coordinate with the Sales Team to update the status of quotations.- Upon job award, work with the project team to organize a Kick Off Meeting and handover documents for project initiation.- Update the status of inquiries to immediate superiors.- Submit tender proposals after obtaining approval from a superior.**Job Requirements**- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and all Microsoft Office Software.- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera.- **This position is for a 1-year contract, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role.**:- **5.5 working days, with alternate Saturdays.**:- **Must be able to work in Pasir Gudang.****Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsApplication Question(s):- Do you have Tender Executive working experience?
