Procurement Executive (Building & Renovation)

Sourcing, negotiating, evaluate & select vendors or contractors in compliance with company SOP.- To source and procure for renovation, maintenance or refurbishment work services, furniture and fittings, or equipment for projects.- Monitor, analyse and control project overall costing to ensure expenses do not exceed budget and avoid duplicate request by user department.- To ensure all the documentations are in order, accurate and updated.- Ensure all invoices and deliveries / works are verified as per requirement. Keep track of progress of projects until completion.- Proactive in sourcing new reliable vendor, alternative and new product as well as evaluate existing or reliable vendor in terms of consistency of quality product, on time deliveries, after sales services, technical support and competitive pricing.- Handle all spectrum of procurement activities likes tendering, supplier selections, resources or purchasing planning, price reviewing, cost saving activities and etc.- Any new or ad-hoc task to be assigned by the superior.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How much is your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?**Experience**:- Procurement: 2 years (preferred)- Renovation, reinstatement, and refurbish: 1 year (preferred)
