Procurement Executive

Procurement operations : to source, review and negotiate when doing products and services comparison meeting and the company's procurement requirements- Keep track of inventory level and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records- To coordinate with workshop operation and inventory team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of procurement process- To manage documentation such as Purchase order, invoices Delivery Order, etc- Build good rapport with suppliers, vendors and contractors to ensure purchases are best deal and ensuring uninterupted supply chain- To review suppliers,vendors and contractors performance to ensure product delivery is within company expectation- To support workshop operation team by adressing issues and continuously adhere to department procedures and goals- To liase with forwarding agent and relevant local authority on freight transport services- To monitor and manage rental of equipment acquired from third parties- Undertake any ad-hoc assigned by HOD/Managers from time to time
