Procurement Executive

**Job description**- Attend customer phone calls related to product and order enquiries- Prepare and submit quotations to customers- Prepare purchase orders, track orders and ensure timely delivery- Prepare reports for timely submission- Handle purchasing and sales order processing- Assist in inspecting all incoming and outgoing stock- Support sales / technical team in general operations, managing schedules, data entry and filing- Liaise with customers on sales orders, stock availability and delivery overdue payments and collections- Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Procurement: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Banting (required)Ability to Relocate:- Banting: Relocate before starting work (required)
