Company Background : Manufacturing Industry @ BantingWelcome Fresh Graduate, Great Learning Opportunity, Friendly Colleagues & etc.Working Hours: Normal Working HourResponsibilities:Perform buying and negotiation duties.Prepare and process requisition and purchase orders for material/service supplies.Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best offer among potential suppliers.Calculate costs of orders, and charge of forward invoices to accounts when comes to orders which required cost verification.Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, specifications being requested and provide advises and information to the buyer on possible taxation, shipment complication or any other precaution to note before a buying activity is performed.Liaise with Store, material planning division and sales department to ensure all progress of orders and requisition are well communicated.Clarify and justify all requisition are being carefully check and studied before a bulk purchase is raised via the Purchase Requisition.Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchase, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.Prepare reports regarding market condition and merchandise costs.Resolve suppliers of sob-contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.Respond to internal customer and suppliers’ inquiries about orders status, changes, or cancellations.Handle claims and rejection settlement.Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors, quality or other problems or defects.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Diploma /Advance/Higher, Bachelor’s Degree in any related or equivalent.Welcome fresh graduate, if applicant come with relavant ecperiences would be an advantageRequired language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.Prefer applicant familiar with ERP System & Purchasing Line.Strong written and verbal communication skills are requiredComputer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Expert in negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts/orders with suppliers and other representatives. Must be willing to work at Banting office
