Duties and responsibilities:- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents with tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications in Furniture/ Textiles/ Assets and Construction in nature.- To check e-Perolehan and any 10 procurement platform on a daily basis for tender notice.- To ensure procurement tasks are well processed and in compliance with the Company standard policy and procedure as stated in the Procurement Manual.- To be active in searching for new tender or contract opportunities from all the private companies or goverment departments- Prepare quotation and/or tender documents as required and ensure all procurement processes from quotation/tender stage until issuance of contract documents are carried out efficiently.- To assist Superior of the Procurement Unit on the procurement activities to achieve the procurement unit's goals and KPIs- To complete other tasks as requested by the Management from time to time.- To vet through incoming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements and mode of submission.- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with the customer's tender requirements.- Ensure all the enquiries, correspondences and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.- Prepare correspondences and compile reports for submission to government departments including online submission.- Ensure renewal of business licences, like MOF, CIDB, etc are processed on time.- To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.- Review Tender Evaluation Reports and make recommendation.- Assist to prepare the contract documentation.Requirement- Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.- Familiarise with government procurement is an added bonus.- Meticulous and attention to details- Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes- Team player with good communication skills- Junior is welcome to try- Required language(s): Good in Written and Oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Ability to work under pressure.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related industry.- Well versed in custom procedures and freight forwarding process and documentations.- Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills.- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills, attentive to details & result-driven.- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Retention bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cheras: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Experience**:- procurement: 2 years (required)
