Procurement

**Responsibilities**:- To initiate, develop and carry out complete purchasing procedures, documentation or any internal procedure which follows company quality systems.- To keep track and always monitor all purchase status to ensure optimum inventory are maintained to fulfil customers' (internal & external) requirements such as products' quality, accuracy and on time delivery.- Continuously maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and related data for review and analyse suppliers' overall performance- To liaise closely with internal departments and vendors (local or international) in develops plan for purchasing duties- Co-ordinate and monitoring supplier performance throughout the purchasing transactions- To prepare monthly stocks & vendor performance related reports as directed for managerial review.- To constant checking on consumptions levels and stocks of goods in the store to support company sales activities- To assist in reviewing tenders and bids when necessary.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Procurement management: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
