Procurement Internship

**Gogoprint, Asia Pacific's leading online printing company, is looking for an intern to support the procurement and production planning team.***Main responsibilities include:- Place daily orders to suppliers.- Generate an official quotation for each of the orders placed and record it into the system.- Ensure orders are delivered within the defined timeframe by keeping continuous contact with vendors- Handle complaints and issues with the suppliers- Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-members**Your profile:- Holding ( or finishing) Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / Production or equivalent- Ideally you already completed your studies as there will be opportunity get a permanent position after you complete the internship- 6 months Internship- Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.- Dynamic, integrity and analytical thinking- Mastering Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
