Procurement Logistic Executive

**The Company**- Factories in Malaysia, China, India, Mexico, South Africa- Export to 105 countries around the world.- Global MNCs customers in Petrol Retail, Automotive, Quick Service Restaurants, Health & Beauty, and Telecommunication- Single source solution provider of innovative, engineered manufacturing products and services in full compliance with engineering standards**The Job**- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to strive the best purchase in terms of pricing, quality, reliability and service.- Responsible for conflict minerals tracking, analysing, and communicate with suppliers/sourcing manager.**Responsibilities**- Assist operations efficiency in sourcing functions and related administration process.- Develop commodity strategies and a preferred world-class supplier base.- Performs supplier risk analysis and recommend alternate sources.- Develop cost reduction plans and drive quarterly supplier price negotiation.- Assist Logistic Department in generating and processing custom documentations on time.- To follow-up to ensure on time delivery & logistic documentation.- Liaise with agents regarding shipment and documentations to ensure smooth flow of shipments.- Minimum Certificate in any discipline.- At least 1-2 years of logistic working experience in the manufacturing/shipping industry.- Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical and a good team player.- Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu.- Good knowledge of relevant logistic & custom arrangement, conditions, practices and procedures.- Mandarin speaking & writing is an added advantage for this position.- Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai 3.- Applicants should have full working rights in Malaysia.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Nilai (required)Ability to Relocate:- Nilai: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 03/04/2024
