Procurement & Logistic Executive

Sourcing direct and indirect materials and supplies requested by the internal department, interior design team and the on-site renovation team.- To ensure the supply for renovation process is always smooth without the interruption of logistic and inventory.- Always compare the value and pricing from different source consist of sub-contractor and supplier to lower down the costing than the market price.- Able to work as a team and well coordinate with colleague from different department.- Decision making in procurement, logistic and inventory management.- Dealing and networking with vendors and supplier to get credit term for the company.- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to work efficiently for different project purchasing order and evaluation of quotation.**; Requirements**:- Strong communication skills to deal with different people in ID industry.- Able to close the best deal and contribute to the company.- Sensitive to market pricing of different material and resources.- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and flexible.- Responsible and work ethically under company standard operation procedure in procurement management.- Work as a team but not limited to work independently.- High emotional management and focus on work execution and deliverance.
