Procurement Officer (6-Months Contract)

**Responsibilities**:- Plan and co-ordinate purchasing processing and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.- Working closely with cross functional teams for cost control and recommend purchasing process improvements.- Responsible proper information is maintained and updated accordingly in the HIS /FIS - purchasing module, review PO status.- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors- Identify new source of supply, quantify for the benefit of RSH and develop specific recommendation.- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma in Business Administration or related field- Basic Knowledge of Purchasing Knowledge Skills- Good verbal and written communication skills**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6 months**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Legal Practice: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
