Job Scope : -Identify by sourcing potential suppliers based on project requirements -Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers -Achieve cost control, cost reduction, and cost containment targets. -Monitor and update on price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing -Review and improve current rate update, adjustment, extension and approval process to eliminate waste -Analyse performance and identify/recommend improvement measures. -Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production -Compare proposals for price and specifications -Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives on time -Build and maintain long-term relationships with critical suppliers -Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials -Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency -Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports -Keep abreast of changing industry trends Job Requirement : -Bilingual in English & Mandarin -Fresh Graduate welcome -Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement and/or Professional qualifications or any other discipline - Good knowledge in Procurement, Supply Chain -Proficient in Microsoft excel, power point and outlook -Working knowledge of ISO standards and/or other relevant international standards -Highly resourceful, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment -Excellent communication skills both verbally and written -Possess strong sense of commitment -Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast paced environment -Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independentlyAllied Precision Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 8 October 1999.
