Aligned with Malaysia's goal of strengthening local industrial capabilities, Thales, together with its local joint venture actively engaged in designing, building and implementing leading-edge solutions that help protect the nation's citizens and infrastructure.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES)- Implement and follow the process and governance related to offer management continuously.- Support pre-qualification preparation and submission of tender feedback to customers with the objective of obtaining invitation to bid or win the contract itself.- Support the creation of bid delivery and ensuring review and governance, which lead to the creation of proposals high quality.- Collaborate effectively with Managers Bids and Capture Leaders to generate a winning theme that addresses problems and customer requirements with clear benefits from Thales' offer.- Ensure cost estimates in the budget target provided with support from System Engineering / Product Management.Coordinate with stakeholders internal such as KAM, Development Manager Business, Capture Leader, etc.- Assisting in generating fixed order pickup forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans to drive action and accountabilityQUALIFICATIONEducation and Experience- To ensure the successful delivery of our projects you would need to enjoy working to tight deadlines, so if you are highly organised, able to prioritise and work flexibly then a career in Bids could be for you!Knowledge/ Skills- .Able to use computer tools including Microsoft Office Suite and databases.- Excellent communication skills.Personal Attributes- Team participation and communication ( Internal and External)- Willingness to learn and multitasking- Self-driven and target oriented
