Product and Solutions Manager, Workspace and CollaborationWe are looking for a Product and Solutions Manager to join our Workspace and Collaboration team in the Enterprise Business Group (EBG). As a Product and Solutions Manager, you will be responsible the go-to-market and growth of StarHub's voice, messaging, collaboration, and push-to-talk offerings. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the StarHub enterprise voice products and omnichannel engagement solutions, in line with customer needs and business objectives. This role is cross-functional by nature and will involve working with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Experience, Project Management, and Finance. Your main responsibilities Responsible for go-to-market strategy and programmes for the suite of Workspace & Collaboration products Identifying opportunities to introduce of campaigns to reduce churn and improve customer acquisition. Showing business value by setting and tracking success metrics Coordination and liaison with partners and vendors on joint activities to grow the business Planning and coordination of service migrations, supported by the Operations, Project Management, and Product Systems Platforms teams. Support initiatives to improve customer experience for users of our products and services Support digital transformation initiatives A few things about you You prioritise customer experience and are driven by improving service quality Have a good understanding of Telco voice products, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) telephony, Unified Communications (UC), and modern collaboration platforms Knowledge of push-to-talk products and services is advantageous Experience in contact centre or omnichannel engagement platforms is favourable Have demonstrated experience in go-to-market programmes and campaigns You are familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and working with marketing on campaigns and lead generation activities You demonstrate a good understanding of finance, contracts, and can navigate corporate systems to effectively manage product provisioning and billing You are detailed, can multi-task, and have demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative manner You have a passion for technology and keep abreast of industry trends and developments You are able to cope with setbacks and shifts in priorities. Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in product go-to-market, preferably at a software, tech or telco company. Tertiary degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
