**Key Responsibilities**:**Customer Acquisition**: Identify and target potential customers through various sales and marketing channels.**Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of the credit card products and services offered by the company. Be able to explain features, benefits, and terms to potential customers.**Sales Presentations**: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of the credit card products.**Customer Consultation**: Assess customer needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable credit card options.**Lead Generation**: Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and online research to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and loyalty.**Compliance**: Ensure that all sales activities and documentation adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred. **( fresh Graduate encouraged to apply)**:- Previous sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of credit card products and financial industry regulations.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
