Product Development Executive

**Position Purpose**- Involve in product development work**Major Tasks & Responsibilities**- Preparation of recipes and product samples for sensory evaluation, shelf-life study, micro and chemical analysis- Source for ingredients, packaging materials and co-ordinate with factories for trial and commercial productions. Supervise trial and commercial productions- Conduct product costing and shelf-life studies- Liaise with factories, relevant government agencies, JAKIM on halal matters, etc.- Up-date monthly ingredient inventory- Market survey of competitive products and categories**Work Relations **(List the most important work relationships with internal and externalpartners/customers)- With colleagues and external stakeholders (factory staff, governmentagencies, suppliers)**Qualifications** (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)- B. Sc. In Food Science / Food Technologyindustry- Outgoing personality, sociable and able to get along with peers and externalparties
