Our mission is to discover and empower the true nature of businesses that progress humanity forward.We build life-changing eCommerce brands in skincare, lifestyle, nutrition, and beyond, offering great value to our customers.**OBJECTIVE**:To manage and assist product sourcing processes, focusing on supplier liaising, product and packaging design, and ensuring optimal product experience and customer satisfaction for Airda Group's eCommerce brands.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:**1. Assist Product Development Process**:- Conduct research on potential suppliers for new products and services.- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal quality and pricing.- Manage the product development process from ideation to improvement.- Familiarize and comply with product-related regulations and standards.- Continuously improve existing products based on surveys, research, and customer feedback.**2. Product Packaging Design**:- Assist the design creation process for products under Airda Group's eCommerce brands.- Liaise with designers to finalize product designs.- Oversee production and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.- Ensure alignment with brand identity and product specifications.**3.
