Product Development Manager

As a Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding new and innovative products for our customers.**Key Responsibilities**- Review existing products and understand customers' feedback and actively develop enhancements and better features to the products- Identify and evaluate the right potential suppliers, collaborate with procurement for favorable terms.- Develop and implement comprehensive product testing plans, manage internal and external testing.- Full understand the consumer profile and user requirements in order to evaluate the products.- Continuously assess and enhance existing products, lead cross-functional teams for improvements.- Develop project plans, manage resources, and coordinate efforts for timely product development.- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, collaborate with teams for accuracy.**Key Requirements**- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- Strong knowledge of home appliances market trends, customer preferences, and industry standards.- Proficiency in product testing, quality assurance, and compliance.- Excellent project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects.- Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.- Only Malaysian citizens considered at this time.Pay: RM78,000.00 - RM90,000.00 per year**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Product Innovation: 4 years (required)- Electrical Home Appliances: 5 years (required)- Consumer Electronics: 4 years (required)- Product Management: 5 years (required)
