Product Development Manager

Lead and manage the product development team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship.- Drive innovation by identifying market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to develop new and exciting health food products.- Develop and execute product development strategies, ensuring alignment with Company goals and market demands.- Oversee in-house R&D activities, including formulation, prototyping, testing, and optimization of new products.- Collaborate with other brands and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of products.- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and targets.- Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree/Diploma or related field is a plus- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the fashion industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of fashion industry market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills- Ability to think strategically, drive results, and make data-driven decisions- Experience in expanding product lines and managing relationships with otherbrands and suppliers.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
