Product Development Manager (Remote)

**Job Overview**A Product Development Manager is responsible for developing products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.**Duties and Responsibilities**Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products, features and services and how customers use them- Select, evaluate and integrate new products that is in demand for the various markets we are supporting- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact- Work closely with internal teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent- Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral.- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.- Strong problem-solving skills- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.- Knowledge of gaming industry is a plus.REMOTE ROLE**Salary**: RM18,000.00 - RM19,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- lottery games: 3 years (required)- product management or as an associate product manager: 3 years (required)- Igaming: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Native Mandarin (required)
