Product Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage the product development team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship.- Drive innovation by identifying market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to develop new and exciting cosmetics product.- Develop and execute product development strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.- Oversee in-house R&D activities, including formulation, prototyping, testing, and optimization of new products.- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of products.- Evaluate and select new raw materials and packaging materials to enhance product quality and sustainability.- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and targets.- Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development within the cosmetics industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of cosmetics market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to think strategically, drive results, and make data-driven decisions.- Experience in expanding product lines and managing relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers.- Work from Home is available, willing to travel.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 08/28/2023
