Product Editor And Customer Support

Responsibilities:
- responsible for editing product information (in both Chinese and English ) and list the products,
- daily photos uploading and list&delist the products in timely manager.
- provide customer support to manage, monitor and engage customers via various platforms including but not limited to social media, email, phone and chat.
- respond promptly to all social engagement and address any issues escalated from customers and seeing it through from end to end
- consistency monitor, listen and respond to customers on social media, including comments, private messages and reviews, respond to all of the above in a timely manager
- fast and independent learner and able to become a knowledgeable produce expert who knows the A to Z of the products
- Product management in relation to classification, stocks, prices, layout, images and content related.
