Product Improvement Executive - Mys

Responsibilities:- Working to deliver the Technology Strategy for the FS business.- Identifying recipe improvement for existing products, focused on improving process capability for problem grades through data analysis.- Support product transfer activities between production units (including scale up/introduction of new products)- Support in managing Product Lifecycle Management system.- Support to plant troubleshooting, particularly around product quality and cycle time issues- Working on a given Functional Solution (FS) plant in the Asia region- Running small, agreed product improvement projects/topics to ensure timely delivery to the required quality including communicating with all stakeholders.- Working to agreed priorities for the OIT group and ensuring timely execution of work tasks and projects.- Managing the trial program for alternative raw material approvals in conjunction with procurement- To perform additional task as required by supervisor.- To ensure all activities are executed within relevant internal and external SHE regulation.Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Sciences or Chemical Engineering- 2-3 years Production Support or Product Improvement Experience- Able to work at Kulai, JohorWhy Synthomer?We are ambitious!We have grown significantly - both organically and inorganically.
