This position is to take full responsibility of the new business line within BigPay.**About the job**- As a new business line leader, you're expected to be a key driver of building such a function and to make sure that BigPay is able to start offering consumer loans based on Group Strategy and guidelines given by management.- You will lead the project within the given timeline, scope and cost agreed with management.**Main responsibilities during the building the business line phase:- **- Participate on project planning- Oversee the project execution- Making sure that project team is knowledgeable to meet given targets- Making sure that project is executed within given timeline- Making sure that outcome of the project is meeting the agreed scope- Making sure that project is executed within given budget- After the project has been successfully executed, you will take full profit and loss responsibility of the consumer lending business line.- You will participate in planning of targets and budget of the business together with management of the Company and execute agreed targets within given policies and guidance.- Performance valuation is based on sets of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) agreed by the parties including but not limited to the number of loans given out, default rate and overall profitability of the business line.**Main responsibilities during the operational phase of the business line:- **- Plan, execute and monitor performance of the business line- Constantly evaluate the results against the targets- Make corrections to meet agreed targets- Constantly monitor KPI's of the business line which includes end-to-end process, financials targets and customer satisfaction**Key functional and relational responsibilities in order of significance:- **- Build together with the Company management team a solid business plan including strategy, target setting and budget.- To meet all financial and operational targets during the operational phase.- Build an effective team to manage and operate business areas based on budget.- Plan and implement all necessary tools to meet operational requirements including all management and regulatory reports needed.- Manage implementation of the business area with scope, cost and timelines agreed by the Company board.**Description of relationships and roles within the company, including supervisory positions, subordination roles and other working relationships.**- You will have direct reporting responsibility to the COO of the Company.- You will be part of the company management team.- You will manage your own team dedicated to business area- You except to work with close relationships with other company functions Inter alia Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, IT.
