Product Management Executive

**Job Descriptions**:- Develop and adapt the product roadmaps supporting the regional strategy to ensure maximizing profitability and driving sales volume and margin goals.- Analyse and understand market trends, internal capabilities and product value proposition to support the Pricing team in providing price guidance to the Sales team.- Help to optimize customer/product mix and product portfolio by location in order to maximize profit and adapt to new trends in the market.- Support monthly P&L analysis, benchmark results and align on financial roadmap and budget targets.- Support the monthly Product Management Review.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Food Science- 2+ years related experience in managing the product life cycle in FMCG, food and agriculture industry.- Fresh Graduates encourage to apply.- Strong communication skills.- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and across multiple geographies.- Influencing skills and highly collaborative in group settings.- Strong analytical skills and proven data management experience.- Product / Portfolio Management preferred.- Value Proposition Development.- Pricing Strategy / Pricing frameworks- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of BI preferred- Late-evening calls with Europe/US teams 1-2 times a week.- Some travel required.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
