Job Description: Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners Developing product pricing and positioning strategies for SG Marketplace Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Have leadership qualities to guide, help and work within a team to accelerate product management for specific scopes / departments Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with engineering teams or functional product management team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members For each feature that may improve Shopee UIUX, think of Key selling points and naming conventions to help senior management in decision making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 2 - 4 years of experience in product management or related field Minimally with 2 years of experience in leadership and people management Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes.
