Incumbent will be responsible and accountable for technology portfolio solutions supporting one or more business functions aligning to business objectives/ goals which requires propensity to manage, communication and influence the product life cycle & delivery with multiple collaborators (within technology, third party vendors, group, business team). The jobholder will also champion Agile and quality approach and lead the change development of a high-performance team for portfolio delivery.- Lead in modernizing systems and enhancements by adhering to software development life cycle, software quality management and enterprise architecture framework.- Optimize and prioritize team resources to maximise business value generation.- Manage, negotiate and influence relationships with senior leadership team and managers (inter and intra divisional) to deliver credible and consistent solution services.- Manage, negotiate and influence vendor, business partner and Group IT relationships to provide delivery flexibility.- Lead and influence team culture and governance on cost-efficient, agile and flexible delivery of IT solutions.- Identify and develop specialists to build an impactful team to improve delivery to support business demands.- Setting clear direction, goals and engaging staff to translate these into personal actions.- Develop, coach, mentor the specialists through effective learning and development.Job Requirements:Education: Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Studies from an accredited institution.Work Experience: Ideally with at least 10 years of working experience in Product Management and/or Software Engineering environment, with 8 years in managerial/ supervisory experience on the supported IT domain.Other requirements:- Proficient process improvement experience for software development.- Proficient presentation and process documentation using Microsoft Office tools.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different levels of management team, internal & external collaborators.- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.- Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations including distribution channels method of procedure will have definite advantage.- Able to work independently and highly self-motivated.- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
