**JOB OVERVIEW**:The Manager, Product Management (Consumer Healthcare Division) has the primary responsibility of providing training, guidance and direction to assigned personnel's in a manner that will achieve the highest rate of return on assets and consistent with the policies and procedures of the company. Will work first-hand with customers, purchasing and sales team to achieve a common goal of increasing sales and profit margin.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop product strategies in line with the local market situation to ensure sustainable healthy brand growth.- Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within the allocated marketing resources, including achievement of targeted market share.- To conceptualize, develop, implement and monitor marketing plan and ensure good inventory forecast accuracy planning to meet business objectives and customer needs.- Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical action plans to optimize and extend profitability of products.- Monitor business performance and external environment to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.- Actively identify new products in accordance to market needs and sales prospects, assist in contract negotiation for significant distributions deals.- Serve as a product owner and voice of the customer, support and provide product content for training, sales and marketing purposes.- Conduct regular update reporting and presentations to the higher management and other parties.**Requirements**:- At least 3-4 year's of working experience in Marketing and some experience in product development.- Preferably Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy industry or equivalent.- Must be self-starter with excellent implementation skills.- Possess strong analytical and creative abilities with good communication and interpersonal skills.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
