Product Manager / Executive

To conceptualize, develop brand and product strategic marketing plan.- Responsible for planning and implementing the marketing plans, programs and activities according to timeline - ensuring quality brand, product, advertising and promotion management.- Develop effective pricing strategy, understand the impact of pricing and costing of profit and loss.- Identifying and assessing the potential of new product development.- Responsible to analyze and forecast monthly ordering volume.- Understand current consumer needs, market trends and key business challenges.Job Requirements- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the personal care / beauty industry.- Mature, dependable, passionate, energetic and able to work independently with minimum supervision.- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure, meticulous and possess sense of urgency.- Mandarin Speaking are more preferable.**Benefits**:- Medical Claim- Training Provided- Employee Discounts Benefits- Free Parking- EPF & Socso- Annual Leave- Bonus**Salary**: From RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Subang Jaya (preferred)
