Skills, Qualification & Education Requirements 5 years of proven hands-on product management experience Strong Data Analytical skills Experience in pricing and monetization strategies will be an added advantage Demonstrate strong product ownership and leadership in the areas of communicating, motivating and inspiring all levels of staffs Experience in product development frameworks and agile methodology. Experience in managing and leading a technical team (non-people management). Ability to communicate to business stakeholders and translate business requirements to product solutions. Strong business acumen who understands how strategy translate into product development. Willing and able to roll up the sleeves, to design, review, and write user stories and business cases. And most importantly, you enjoy the challenge of learning new things and pick up/adapt to changes. Project management and establish ownership of the deliverables. Be the core of the daily standups and manage business and product requirements. Delivering high availability/high reliability solutions/features. Implement and develop product development processes. Bring up issues with stakeholders. Design, track and measure MVPs.
