Greetings from Skill quotientWe are hiring for Malaysians/ ANY on EPWe Are Hiring for Below Role!Position Name: - **Product Manager**Job Location: -KLcc, MalaysiaMode Of Hiring: - 12 Months Renewable Contract (Long Term Project)Payroll Company: - Skill Quotient Resources Sdn Bhd!**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:You will be working remotely/work from home due to current Covid19 situation in Malaysia- Experience in Cybersecurity or any related field is a plus- Experience in Logistic, Oil & Gas, Banking or IT industry is added advantage- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 or Scaled Agile Framework or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Experience- 3+ years' experience in managing Digital Product Development- Experience in implementing change throughout an organization- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills- Experience with largescale transformation programmes/ projects (incl. business change management).- Experience with mentoring and coaching team members- Responsible for building, coaching, and leading a small high performing team of Product Managers within the department, breaking down goals and delegating into clear plans- Play a key role in formulating and delivering the product roadmap- Managing stakeholders effectively to gather feedback to continuously refine the product roadmap- Providing product knowledge and a sound understanding of customer needs and capability requirements, signposting to technical knowledge where needed.- Understanding overall platform performance & how products support this including interdependencies with other systemsRegards,Mehak**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
