**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct in-depth exploration of product features and business requirements, leading the planning of product functionalities.- Responsible for market research, user research, requirement analysis, and user experience design for platform products. Complete tasks such as product feature planning, prototype design, PRD writing, document preparation, and product promotional material creation.- Collect user feedback, analyze user behaviors and needs, and continuously optimize and improve the platform.- Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to identify core requirements related to the recruitment process and develop high-quality product solutions.- Efficiently collaborate with design and development teams, playing a key role in overseeing the entire process from conceptualizing product ideas to driving development and launch.**Job Requirements**:- Over 3 years of experience as a product manager for mobile apps or internet/financial products.- Strong data analysis skills with familiarity with internet data analysis methods. Proficient in utilizing data-driven approaches for product optimization.- Exceptional execution and initiative. Strong logical thinking, continuous learning ability, and a collaborative team spirit.
